    Greetings,

    Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards and informs you that it has received the letter from the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (44103489) and the date (20/8/1444 AH), in which reference is made to the letter of the Ministry of Commerce No. (29522) and the date (16/8/1444 AH). And the affixed to the telegram of His Excellency the President of the Royal Court No. (53068) and the date (4/8/1444 AH), which is based on the telegram of His Excellency the Circular No. (69545) and the date (1/12/1442 AH), Referred to the telegram of His Excellency the Minister of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance No. (1357) and dated (6/7/1440 AH), regarding the organization of programs for call and guidance by some government agencies, public institutions, and civil institutions without prior coordination with the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance, Whereas, the honorable directive was issued approving what the Council of Political and Security Affairs saw as contained in their Minutes No. (22252) and dated (11/18/1442 AH), which includes approval of what was recommended by those gathered in the Minutes of the Council of Experts in the Council of Ministers No. (370) and dated (6/13). / 1442 AH),​ Which included several recommendations, including what was referred to in item (First): that all government agencies and public institutions coordinate with the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance when they wish to establish programs related to advocacy and guidance to take the Ministry’s views in this regard before implementing these programs.​
